DCHUX is out-of-network with all commercial carriers, patients are advised to inquire about the availability of out-of-network benefits with their insurance representatives. DCHUX participates with Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, and No Fault Auto Insurance Plans

·    For self-pay patients, competitive rates will be discussed and payment plans will be established before surgery. Additionally, a deposit will be required before scheduling surgery

 ·    Patient responsibility statements will be mailed out 

 ·    Surgery center services will be billed separately from surgeon. Patients will receive separate bills for surgeon fees, anesthesiologists, and facility
